What FranchiseFilter Is

Listings are provided by franchise brands. While we review brands before listing them, our verification indicates that we have carried out a review process. It is not a guarantee, endorsement, or warranty of any brand, its claims, its financial performance, or its suitability for you. Figures such as investment ranges, revenue, and returns are estimates provided by brands and may change.

You should carry out your own independent due diligence and seek professional legal and financial advice before entering into any franchise agreement or making any investment.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not submit false information, spam, or other people's data without permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

Franchisor Responsibilities

If you list a brand, you are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate, lawful, not misleading, and that you have the right to use any content you upload. You must respond to leads professionally and comply with applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, and branding, is owned by FranchiseFilter or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse it without permission. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, complete, or current, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FranchiseFilter will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from your dealings with a franchise brand or from decisions you make based on information on the Service.
